Benefit Roller Lash Mascara...

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara Wand

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara £19.50

Benefit's They're Real Mascara has been 'the no.1 selling Mascara Product in the UK for the last 2 years' but I have a feeling its about to be knocked off the top spot with their latest release, Roller Lash Mascara. Designed to grab lashes whilst lifting and curling them using the 'hook 'n' roll' brush, this mascara promises big things!

Now I have to be honest and some of you will already have seen me state this, but I was never a fan of They're Real! I know, shocking, right?! I just didn't get on with the brush and I found that there was so much fall out, that it irritated my eyes! So I was surprised to see everyone rave about it so much! That being said, I would never dismiss a brand because I didn't get on with one product, after all, what works for one person doesn't always work for another and vice versa, so when I saw that Roller Lash would first be hitting the supermarket shelves in Elle magazine ahead of the release date, I couldn't resist! At just £4 how could I?!

Packaging...

I am such a sucker for packaging and Benefit know exactly what they're doing when it comes to that department! Benefit are probably the best at packaging and PR within the beauty industry, with the time and effort they put into these, I think they could create the worst product in the world and still sell out because people are instantly drawn in with the hype that they create!

What I love about Roller Lash is that it's cute, girly and fun, with the marketing based around hair rollers, emphasising the curl and hold that the mascara creates, although I have to say, I do prefer the rose gold lid on the sample product to the actual pink rubber looking lid on the full sized product.

Performance...

The first time I applied this mascara, I only used in one side, using another mascara on the other side to see what difference it could actually make. The first thing I noticed was in fact how curled my lashes looked and although this isn't advertised as a lengthening mascara, it actually made my lashes look longer too. But the biggest test for me was the staying power and fallout of the product, so a few days later, when heading out for the day, I put it to the test and I was seriously impressed, I experienced no fall out, no transfer and it stayed put until I removed it! Move over They're Real..

I think it's fair to say I have fallen hook, line and sinker for Benefit's Roller Lash! It has become my every day go to mascara and i'll be sure to purchase the full size when this one runs out!

It already appears to be available on the Benefit website here and I do believe it will be in stores next week but in the meantime you can still pick it up in Elle Magazine for just £4!

Have you tried it yet?

Love
